Help with Drop-Down Menus

Guys, I need your help with a horizontal drop-down menu I’m using for a site I’m currently designing. I don’t have a better way of explaining the problem so I’ll just point you to the site and you see for yourself.

The drop-down is not visible over the slideshow area. Only when the slideshow fades away, then the entire drop-down shows. How can I bring the drop-down to front? How do I fix the problem? Please help.
