help with else if statement

Hi there. Hmmm wondering if someone could lend a little help.

i have this code displaying one set of code ( with a counter ) if the post is equal to 1 and another set if it is not.

i need to put another set of code in for if the count reaches 3. I have tried putting an elsif statement in but i get many a syntax error.

heres the code i have – maybe someone could suggest a better way of doing this…?
