Hello @gtgorg ,
It is probably the case that there were no visitors at the scheduled time of the backup, and since the WP cron is triggered by website visitors, it could be that backup was created a bit later than scheduled.
For more information, please pass us the debug log so we can inspect further. Plugin section Troubleshooting > Check advanced options > big red button, and paste the code in your reply.
Kind regards

Thanks for your speedy response.
Can I ask why it matters whether there are visitors or not? We’re currently building a new website, and our main customers will be coming over to this site soon, so there will be low traffic for a little while.

Hey @gtgorg ,
Scheduled tasks on WordPress sites rely on WP Cron, an integral part of WordPress core installation to fire up. However WP Cron again refreshes when a visitor comes to the website. It might sound like a strange story, you can google more about WP Cron. Due to way that this core WP feature works, some tasks might be late when there are rare website visits.
With our premium plugin, we bypassed this potential issue, and scheduled backups go out on time.

From your log, I see that backup has successfully finished.
If it fails anytime, I would suggest this minor settings adjustment on your site:
- Go to “Other options” section
- Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
- Save “Other options” section
Kind regards

Hi guys,
I’m afraid this has been really problematic for us and has lots of errors, so we’re going to ask for a refund please.
Kindly confirm next steps.
Cheers,
Alan
