Help with FTP (Filezilla etc )

    Hey, I need help with using FTP.

    I have a site and i put the host (Cynthinks.net) Username (Admin) (My auto generated password) that has been sent to me. and When i press quick connect, It gives me this.

    503 login authentication failed
    Critical error
    Couldn’t not connect to server

    This is what i use to login my website, But it’s not working. I try every different way. Such as http://Ftp.cynthinks.net ftp://cynthinks.net everything lol Even [email protected]. The closes i got to connecting was the welcome message, but it said. (Connection timed out) Something like that.

    I have themes,Plug ins,Word press upgrade that i want to do and i can’t 🙁
