Help with Hover effects on Gallery Module

I am using the newest version of the Divi theme, as well as the newest versio of WordPress.

What I want: If you scroll a little down this page http://www.elegantthemes.com/demo/?theme=Vertex you will see a bar of 10 images, when hovered the images rise a little and an overlay envelopes them, and also text appears above them. I want that exact section, but with my own pictures and text of course. However, I am not using Vertex.

What I have so far: In Divi I am using a gallery module, and already have 13 images lined up on one row. When hovered, they rise and the overlay happens, however I can’t seem to get their caption and title to display only when the particular image is hovered. And even if I could get that to happen I am not sure how I could get the caption and title for every image to appear in the same area, instead of right below the image its associated with.
