Help With Inserting Ads in a Gallery Plugin

Hi, I have a free wallpapers website (https://wallpaperdelight.com/). I use WP Modula plugin to display a gallery of wallpapers like https://wallpaperdelight.com/wallpapers/aesthetic-avocado-wallpapers.

I want to display insert in-feed ads between the wallpapers. Like, an ad should display after every 3-4 wallpapers. I am not able to find a solution for this. That would be great if you can help me with it.

I am using Bricks Builder for the website and the wallpaper pages are based on a custom template. The wallpapers are displayed using a shortcode provided by WP Modula plugin. Maybe you can inspect the page and see how the wallpaper gallery is structured.

Basically, each gallery is a div element with the class “.grid-gallery” within that, each wallpaper is a div element with the class “.modula-item”. I want an ad to inserted after every 4 “.modula-item” div elements. Let me know if this is achievable with the plugin. Thanks.
