Help with Installing

I have these 3 missing:
jpegtran: Missing
optipng: Missing
pngout: Not installed, enable in Advanced Settings
gifsicle: Missing
safe mode: Off  exec(): Enabled  
Graphics libraries – only need one, used for conversion, not optimization
GD: Installed  Gmagick: Missing  Imagick: Missing
Only need one of these:
finfo: Installed  getimagesize(): Installed  mime_content_type(): Installed

I dont get what it means to install the binaries. I have set up the wpcontent/ewww folder to 775 but it wont automatically install those things. I have tried to install the exe files from the plugin folder and set it to 775 but still it wont work.

Can somebody please help me regarding the installation.
