Help with logo problem.

Hey,
I made a text logo against a white background in paint. I uploaded it to my site and there is a very faint fuzziness where the white was in the logo. I can see it better from a lower angle and not at all from a higher one.

I could live with it but I would be much happier if it was 100% clean. Any ideas on how to fix this?
