Same question here. As far as I could understand looking at that page, you used one modal popup for each image. Is this the only way?

Image gallery is not a part of the CodeLights plugin, it’s a separate component (usually a standard WordPress one, and in the given example it’s a part of UpSolution’s Zephyr theme).
If your gallery already has lightbox-zoomed images (you can check it by using it without popup). Can you please provide me a link to a custom hidden page which has both standalone gallery and a gallery within Modal Popup, so I could investigate it better and propose a solution?

I solved installing <Easy FancyBox>.
The free lightBox plugin I was using when I posted here does not like to work inside another modal popup. When I asked the reason of this behaviour to a developer I have been told that the user experience would suffer from this “nesting” modals. It’s theirs opinion, in my case it’s now working really well and it’s easy and comfortable for the user.
‘Til now Easy FancyBox is the only free plugin that enables me to do that!
The idea is to have a button “images” which opens in a modal popup a bare wordpress gallery, each image of which is intended to open in a new lightbox.

I have not the same, but similar problem with modal popup and gallery. All works fine, even lightbox, but the images have not arrows (as it should be in the gallery) and images counter (like 1 of 10) and title. Looks like that different image, not a gallery. It’s very uncomfortable when are images a lot and have to open them one by one, instead of scrolling. I use UpSolution’s Zephyr theme and Page Builder by SiteOrigin. But on “codelights.com/elements/popup/” the gallery works correct (maybe not now – the lightbox behind the popup, but the arrows in their normal places). Why so? Is there a conflict with Page Builder by SiteOrigin?
Maybe you can help me with that?
