Help with old wordpress.com site

I have a question, I am the owner of www.thesmokesite.com and while searching for my site customers are finding the gay porn site on wordpress thesmokesite.wordpress.com and they have my url on the top of their page and I am getting customer complaints they think its my site because its posting links to my site saying they own thesmokesite.com Can you please assist me.
