help with payment

    I recived a payment throu mercadopago in my woocommerce. The amount showed in wordpress dasshboard is correct, it includes de taxes. All in order. But in my mercado pago account, the amount that appears there is lower, it doesn’t match. (I am not talking about the part of the payment that is part of mercadopago, that one is taken later) I am talking that I recive a payment lower than the income showed in my dashboard. Why does it happend? Is it something that I have to change in the configuration?
    Whenever I try to make a payment, as a mock up cart to test my shop, when I check out all the way throu , the payment is correct.
    please, help me.

    Not possible with this plugin, since always send the order total and not only the items prices. So it’s should always display the correct value. Maybe you are using another MercadoPago plugin.

    Claudio Sanches, do you have a link to the actuall plugin or a way I can check I have the correct one??? That would help a lot.
    And is there a way that having the correct plug in , setting something “wrong” the payment would arrive “not- complete”??? or is there no way it could happen? Thanks a lot in advance.

    Check the name of the installed plugin. Check if is really this one.

    @martins11casa sorry, wrong plugin.
    This plugin here calls “WooCommerce MercadoPago” and not “Woo Mercado Pago Module”.
