    Hello,

    I have created a post notification and tested it for a few users and its all set up.

    I now need to send an email to the test list to let them know about the published post, how do i do this?

    I tested using broadcast and that works to send emails but it doesn’t let you use the post notification layout which we need to do.

    Also, if a new post gets set up and published will the post notification go automatically??

    Ans) Here is the document in which we send the post notification email to myself or the test group.

    Q) I tested using broadcast and that works to send emails but it doesn’t let you use the post-notification layout which we need to do.

    Ans) Please check and confirm the steps mentioned in this document. Have you followed it? If yes then could you please share the screenshot of the Post notification > settings?

    Q) Also, if a new post gets set up and published will the post notification go automatically??

    ) Yes! It gets triggered automatically in Email Subscribers Pro, but if you’re using the lite version, it’ll depend on site traffic and CRON intervals on your end.

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    How do I send out a previous published post? We have one published on 17th oct i need to send that one out?

    I will do a test post and see how it works.

    Hello again, I did a test post and its set up for the people in test list to get email, i am one of those, however I didnt get an email.

    Can you help with the auto send out? Happy to provide login details to an email address for you to take a look and help!
