Help With Renewal

    I am trying to pay for a renewal using PayPal. When I do this I am transferred to a Japanese version and can’t switch the PayPal version to English. Can you help me so I can pay for an annual basic subscription to Types for plugin addins.

    I cannot assist this issue here.
    WordPress does not allow me to assist paid Plugins – not even their purchase.

    I informed our Sales Departement, and you have different options:

    1. A free Subscription for Types will allow you to post the issue here.

    2. Then, a Sales Supporter will help you, after you elaborated the issue and a Supporter (Technical) will forward your issue.

    3. You can write to [email protected], elaborating your problem.
    (I hope it is not forbidden to share non-personal Emails here, dear WordPress Police :P)

    I think the first 2 steps are easier and faster for you.
