Help with theme & plug-ins

    Hello dear forum,

    I’m quite new to WordPress but pretty familiar with CSS and HTML.

    A client requested to transform their current webpage to a WordPress page. Their current webpage is an Art Gallery/Café webpage with some pretty simple categories.

    It includes (with examples from current website):

    – Frontpage w/ Slider & News Section

    – Café page w/ Menu & Photos
    http://kunstkage.dk/?page=cafe

    – Gallery page w/ a sub-page for every artist
    http://kunstkage.dk/?page=gallery

    – Every artists page shows the artist work in a simple grid
    http://kunstkage.dk/?page=../gallery/Tatiana_Houstrup/houstrup

    – What’s happening/News section w/ archive for non-actual stuff

    – And some simple pages like contact info etc.

    I was wondering if this would be possible to do in WordPress and what plug-ins I’ll need? If I’ll need some.
