Help with uploading a theme!

    Hi guys!

    I just started a blog and I have bought a theme from themeforest.com. I have downloaded it and dropped it in the correct folder. Could you please tell me how I can upload this to my WordPress blog? I can’t seem to find it and anything on youtube seems to be out of date!
