Help with User registration

Hi,

My apologies if this topic and question has been answered but try as I might, I cannot find an answer to this issue.

I have installed WP and set it “Anyone Can Register” However, when I click on “Create an account page, it directs me to http://www.mysite.com/blog/register/ URL which displays a single word: Hello.

I have been spending 2 days on this and so far I have not had any luck at all… Can anyone PLEASE help? It is much appreciated… I have tried installing/removing various plugins, etc but nothing is doing

Also just FYI even though my blog is located at http://www.mysite.com/blog there is no subdirectory there called register
