Can someone suggest plugins for my requirements?

Hi all

I wonder if you can help me. I am looking into building a directory site for a client and was toying with Gravity forms and Gravity forms Directory as a base but thought i would ask you all for some advice.

The site is based on a job site where users can list themselves for free and the lists will be able to be searched and accessed by paying clients only.

So it needs
A forms element for users to enter their details.
A directory element to list certain elements depending on the clients subscription level
A subsription and login element for paying clients.

Does anyone have any preference with plugins sutable for the above?
Gravity forms directory vs Gravity view?
