Outstanding support, even for free users!

I cannot recommend Essential Addons enough. I am currently using the free version of the plugin, and when I hit a complex roadblock trying to implement custom backend PHP security on my registration forms, Loren and Florence on live chat went completely above and beyond. Instead of giving me a generic template answer or telling me ‘custom code isn’t supported,’ they dug straight into the plugin’s core architecture, provided me with their exact internal validation hooks, and handed me flawless, tested code. Unbelievable support for a free user—5 stars all the way!
