Currently there is no way to position the bibliography after the notes … but I’ll see what I can do in the next version.

Can be caused because Zotpress is loaded before WSA?
In that case, could I manually change the priority on filters and hooks?

No problem — oops, I missed that the first time around. I suspect that this plugin inserts code at the end of the post without a way for you to control it, e.g. through options or a shortcode? If so, there isn’t much that can be done, I’m afraid. I would ask the developers if they can give you more control over how it places notes in a post.
