help! wp event ticketing plugin error

    When clicking the paypal button I get this error:

    SetExpressCheckout failed: Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to api-3t.paypal.com:443 (35)

    I have no idea what is wrong as it worked when we tested it a week ago, anyone have any ideas?
