Helpful Plugin; Fabulous Support

ShortPixel is what all plugins should be! It does its job perfectly (optimizing images) and, when I had a question, their support staff responded immediately.

We optimize very few images currently so are still on a free plan. Despite that, when an issue came up, I contacted them and had a reply in about an hour! Talk about surprise and delight!

Not only was the reply prompt, the representative asked me questions to clarify the issue and provided very specific suggestions to correct it. When I replied with some questions about a few items that still puzzled me, a representative came back with very specific answers to all of my questions but one. On that one, he wasn’t sure about what I meant and asked me for further clarification. Wow. I wrote back with clarification and got a reply right away, answering my last question.

ShortPixel has more than exceeded my expectations for its image optimization and, especially, its support. Thank you for creating this plugin and for your help in mastering it!
