Helpie Shortcode Only Displays Search

I’m using the shortcode [helpie_faq] and it’s only displaying the search bar. In Helpie FAQ settings, Show Search is ON, but none of the FAQ Items or Categories are being displayed on this page.

It used to display the full FAQ list by category. Something maybe changed in an update?
