    Which theme are you trying to install?

    This is a server thing and most likely has nothing to do with the theme.

    The problem is that your server is set to a tny execution time of 10 seconds – the standard is 30 seconds. The problem that you are having is that your server is stopping the installation script before it can do all of it’s work.

    To get around this you can either talk to your hosting company and get them to increase the execution time allowed to something a bit more realistic, or you can do a manual installation of that theme by un-zipping it, and then using FTP to upload the themes folder into the /wp-content/themes/ folder on your web server.
