If I turn on the parallax effect in the settings pic in hero section disapeares.

Hello @shevchenkodmytro,

I just check your site and see the hero background is showing. Btw, I see there is a javascript error, please disable the Related Post plugin if you do not use.

Please try to disable all your plugins then check again!
