Hestia add section

Hi,
I have 2 questions:
1) I use Hestia and Elementor and deleted a couple of Hestia sections as I couldn’t manage to make them disappear. Now I would like to re-include the “feature” section. I tried it through short codes but couldn’t make it work. Does anybody know how I can make this re-appear?
2) Under Blog https://lebenslanges-wohnrecht.de/blog/ the original template basically displayed some blog posts in a quite nice way. Now it’s just empty and I don’t know what happened.
