Hi, I have read the subject but this method does not work for me https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/load-as-floating-button-immediately/
I put this .holler-box { display: none;} but no work
How can I do that by default does not show the open box?

The Holler Box is minimized by default on mobile. You will only see the blue button, and users can click that to open the box.

On desktop, there is not currently a way to display it minimized by default. However, the expanded popout option in Pro allows you to hide your message until a user clicks a button. You can see an example of this here: https://hollerwp.com/pro/
