Hidden content included

Hello,

I have a members database , and for each member profile page , an attribute with null value has it’s name and value hidden by applying display: none; So it’s not shown in the front-end, but print friendly includes the hidden content. Users can still remove the hidden content, but would be more convenient not to include these.

How can we remove the hidden content in print friendly ?

Much precise any feedback please.
