    Is there a place to add notes about an event that only the Admin could see

    For example, some people do not want their names attached to an event – a wedding for instance. However we would like to be able to note who it is inside the event so that we can follow up afterwards.

    Unless you explicitly use a “custom field” on the front-end of the site, it won’t appear anywhere. So you could use that.

    Of course if yo wanted something a bit more user-friendly then it’s possible to add a metabox intended for such admin notes.
