Hello,
I might be able to have the captcha appear when the form is in focus, but I’ll have to do that as an option, maybe something like [cf7ic hidden=”true”].
I’ll look into it.
i was looking to implement this on our site and was writing js a bit like this:
$( “.captcha-image” ).toggle( “slow”, function() {
// Animation complete.
});
and attaching it to the onfocus of the text box, could add an onblur if blank toggle
accept thats hacky and i’m no coder, would really like to see this feature done properly
Please update to version 2.4
Hi Kyle,
the “toggle” option does not work for me. Do you have any idea? Furthermore, I cannot change the icon size any more. This is my contact form: https://paarberatung-duesseldorf.de/#kontaktformular
Kind regards, Aykan
Hi,
I just tested the feature and everything appears to be working.
Did you change the shortcode to the following?
[cf7ic "toggle"]
Thanks very much for this feature really makes the footer less cluttered 🙂

Sure, I used the [cf7ic “toggle”] with Image Captch Peo 2.5. – Still not working with Firefox, Chrome or Edge browser. I also tried to deactivate the “Contact Form 7 Honey Pot” Plugin but it did not make a difference. @matdemystify This contact form works well for me. But on my website the captcha is shown everytime. Do you have another idea?
Hello,
This feature has not been added to pro yet, but I will add it to the pro plugin sometime today, please keep an eye out for version 2.6. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Please update the PRO plugin to 2.6 to use the toggle feature.
Thanks, but still no update to 2.6 pro available.
Sorry, about that, you should see the update now.
