Unfortunately, our plugin has not ability to hide admin page.
As an alternative, you can use personal blacklists that allow to block any ip you want: https://cleantalk.org/help/blacklist-usage
Also, you can set the option in the setting of the plugin to block user after requests amount more than you set.

Right now, I have it set at 1,000. Is that number represents the number of attempts to login and I should lower it?

Please, make the number of attempts lower to reduce the success of attacks.
