i am not a member of the plugin team but YES , you can please make sure that you have a back up ready . you must some time to do it and it would depends from your theme or plugins so you must¨play¨with the options in order to see that everything works well . it takes me 30-60 minutes no worries. great plugin

As @unespejodecristal mentioned, this is possible, yo just have to use the plugin options. Make sure you understand what each option can do at Plugin Documentation
Also sites like whatwpthemeisthat.com use a cache system, meaning on a second check, it will still use the same html and not the update. You just have to try again after a while or try to check different inner pages of your site.
