Hide a Field

    Hi,
    I have two questions.

    1. Can I use short-code in Custom Field?
    2. Is it possible to hide a custom field from “Add listing” page or “Edit Listing Page”? (i.e. Only usable by Admins)

    Hi @educationguideonline,

    1) Shortcode expansion is not supported in every field, but you can use it in the Long Description if you allow the feature to be turned on under Directory Admin->Manage Form Fields, edit the Long Description field and click “Allow Shortcodes?”

    2) Private fields (only visible to the admin) are not yet available. That’s something we can consider for future development, but not something the plugin allows for today.
