Is it possible to prevent the address from displaying? My client would like for only the city to show in the results.

Add this code the functions.php in your theme folder, and only the city name will show up.

You can change the data that shows up in the search results / info window with the https://wpstorelocator.co/document/wpsl_info_window_template/ and https://wpstorelocator.co/document/wpsl_listing_template/ filters.
