Hide all messages/alerts

Sorry if this has been asked already but is there a way to hide all alerts/messages about plugins, updates, etc for everyone but Administrator? Specifically, I created a new role as a copy of the admin role. that new role is what my clients use and I don’t want them to see any messages/alerts about updates.
