Hide attributes without products

    We have pay for full version and we have enabled the option Hide attributes without products and Same behavior for active filter and it’s not working at all. We have also ask from vendor support but nobody answer us for many days… is anyone face the same problem ?

    Hello @bncweb,

    We had to leave the Zendesk platform due to external circumstances and replace it with another one.

    Most likely for this reason we did not receive your messages.

    But as far as I can see, you have already created a new request on the new platform and the support specialist answered it.
