Hide backend still not working

Hi,

I first installed this plugin a few weeks ago, and most of the features work great, apart from one.

“Hide Backend” just isn’t working at all. Is this something that will be fixed?

If I enabled the feature I can see the rules get added to the .htaccess file, but I am simply unable to login either with the old /wp-admin/ address or the new address which I chose.

Essentially it locks me out of my site, and the only way I can regain access is by manually deleting the row that gets created in the wp_options table. Not ideal!

So what gives?

This is an important reason of why I installed the plugin, becuase on any given day we receive multiple “Site Lockout Notifications” from attempted logins. (that feature works well!).
