First of all, I would like to know whether you use the Stock status or Stock management on your single product? If stock management is properly enabled, then you won’t have to worry about this. This functionality is still working fine on our demo, you can check that. Bundles that contain an out-of-stock or low threshhold stock item can’t be purchased when the quantity input is larger than the stock.
Normally, when there is not enough stock for the bundled item in a bundle, then the bundle will be unpurchasable. The Add to cart button might still be visible and customers can press it, but the bundle won’t be added successfully. If it doesn’t happen this way on your site, then there might be something that go in conflict with our plugin or the theme you’re using is missing some components.
In this case, you can contact our developers via this page, create a ticket and provide the link to your problematic bundle so that they could check and solve the issue for you. Since this is a technical issue and we might need the admin access to your site, I can’t help you fix on this public forum.
