Hide button from bbpress replies

Hi!

I’m a developer with some experience working with PHP, and I know that your plugin as-is doesn’t support being able to have the like button in original bbpress forum posts but NOT in replies to posts.

For the site I’m working on, we would like to be able to have a feed that orders forum posts based the amount of likes, and so it really doesn’t make sense to have replies as part of the feed.

Before I go on a wild goose chase through LikeBtn’s files to add the functionality myself, does anyone have pointers/ideas about how to go about this? Anyone done something like this before or have a simpler solution?
