On the front-end, I have V3 isolated to only load assets on my contact page, no issues there. I can confirm from source code and testing tools everything is proper for visitors. My concern here is that V3 badge is showing up in the Admin area, the Customizer.

What did you set as “v3 Script Load” in this plugin settings page? Can you please give me a screenshot of the settings page of this plugin (hide your keys)?
I am using Asset Cleanup Plugin to determine where assets are loaded, excluded sitewide with exception to my contact page.
Enabled Forms: None selected
v3 Script Load: All Pages
Logged in Hide: Selected
Can you please set v3 Script Load: Form Pages and try?
Also are you seeing this badge when you view your website normally (not in customizer)?
