Hide Cart If Empty Doesn’t Work

I have put the WooCommerce Cart Widget in my right sidebar with the option to Hide if empty, except that it shows. I have also tried installing “Display Widgets” and have ticked off to Hide on Shop and Store pages, but still it shows up.
Can you please help me to hide the empty cart.
The store page in general is https://plantbest.com/store/ The shop page is https://plantbest.com/shop/
All pages show empty cart.
