Hide Comments Posted by User Role

I can’t find a plugin that does this:

I would like all roles have the ability to leave comments under each post.
I would like comments that have been posted – only to show to admin role, when viewing the post. All other roles should not see comments that have been posted when viewing the post.

Is there a plugin that does this? Most permissions plugins doesn’t seem to be able to target comments that have been posted.
