Can you please confirm that you have followed the steps to add the translation files with the correct name and configuration in Loco is correct?
Also, can you please share a screenshot of the Customer Details & Policy Warranty strings. I could not locate them in the Dokan Lite version. If you are using Dokan Pro then you need to contact us through our support channel.
The “Billing address” from the order details page is translating properly for me. You can share your credentials with us while you contact support. We will take a further look at this.

Thank you for sending the site with the translation information.
But the problem, as I understand it, is happening in Dokan Lite.
I am sending some links for translations made with Loco Translate that are not working.
I saw that these translations are not working within the page of each order on the seller’s dashboard. The rest of the dashboard is ok.

Both of these translations are working for me on my test site. Please get in touch with our support channel and share your admin + FTP credentials with us. We will investigate the issue further.
