Can I hide the dashboard widget with the 404 error log for all users, that dont have access to setting up redirects? There is little point in them seing the error log on the dashboard, but not being able to setup redirects.

Can you hide it for everyone with one click? No, unfortunately not. They would have to hide it by themselves using the screen options on the Dashboard.
However, what you said is true – if they can’t create redirects, there’s no point in seeing 404 errors, so I’ll make sure we fix that in the next release.
