Is there a plugin or a code that could be used to hide empty attributes fields in product page front end?

I’m not 100% sure what you are referring too. Could you send us a screenshot of what you would like to hide?

Empty attributes should not display on the product page and you should not be able to save empty attributes either;

How are you adding them to the products and this might be a conflict and I would suggest you test for that as well – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
