Hide empty fields?

It would be really nice if the plugin hid any/all fields on the front end when there’s no data for the field.

E.g. If there’s no location, hide the “Where” line. Or, if there is a location, but that location doesn’t have a website, it should just be a text line, rather than an href pointing to “http://” And if I don’t haven an event link, the “more information” button shouldn’t show up.

In a perfect world, one would have all the information in hand when putting events into a calendar, but often there’s often holes that need to be filled in later.
