I’m sorry to hear that you’re facing this issue. However, since it is showing €80, that means this value has been set somewhere in the settings.
Could you please check under WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping Zones and review all the Free Shipping methods? See if any of them have €80 set as a condition (Minimum order amount), it might be pulling the value from there, also can you try to enable “Force update via AJAX on any page load” on Advanced options tab.
For better troubleshooting, could you also provide some screenshots of the Shipping Zone settings and the Manual Amount tab? If the issue persists, this will help me get a clearer view of the situation.

No I confirm there is no free shipping methods for the other countries (I’m using table rate shipping FYI).
I tried to enable AJAX, same result 🙁

I hope you could see my screenshots I sent yesterday.
Do you think there would be any snippet to add in functions.php to hide the progress bar and message to any other countries than France (or to display it ONLY in France) ?
Really hope we will find any to solution to fix this.
