Hide image caption and title with hover

When users hover over an images in a woocommerce product gallery, the image text caption appears.
The tooltip text, which only appears on in the product gallery, it’s not a good thing, and I want to hide it on hover without delete the caption because it helps with SEO.
Is there any setting option or code to bulk hide text in all images ?
I am using wordpress with
– Ocean-wp theme
– Woocommerce
– Ali2woo-plugin to import products from AliExpress with dynamic image caption and
title.
any one can help I will apprciate.
