Is it possible to add an option to hide the title of images in the lightbox caption if the images do not have captions defined?

Basically I would like the caption field to appear only when I add captions to images metadata.

You can defined which sources to be used for captions in the backend settings for Lightbox with PhotoSwipe. There you can disable everything except “Caption” and then only caption fields should be used and nothing else.
