Hide IP/Email in webhook notification

Hello, I am using the feature to send notifications to Discord through a webhook. It works great, however I’d like the message to be public. Is there anyway to add a setting to disable IP addresses and emails from being posted? I’ve figured out how to remove it from the code but those changes will not save after the plugin gets updated.
