Hide "Leave a Reply"

This theme is excellent. The only thing I need to do is hide the “Leave a Reply” area on the post page. I’ve turned off the ability for anyone to add comments in settings but this still shows up.

I suspect I can turn it off via the style sheets of php but am hoping that someone can point me the the right area rather than me poking around where I shouldn’t be 🙂
